WHO WE ARE
Raymond Clough III is the founder of Remodeling Hotline and a retired residential Construction Director, General Contractor, and Project Manager with years of hands-on experience managing remodeling, renovation, and residential construction projects.
He has overseen diverse projects, from Habitat for Humanity’s basic homes, to multi-million dollar residential extravaganzas. His projects have won multiple Home of the Year awards in Kansas City, and he has spent decades planning and budgeting through construction and closeout, working directly with homeowners, trades, suppliers, inspectors, and lenders. Remodeling Hotline was created provide independent, advisory-only guidance focused on clarity, prevention, and smart decision-making.
