The problem:
Can you take an eight thousand square foot home from walls and roof and not much else, to completely finished, furnished and landscaped in six months? Oh, and also, there are eleven interior designers, a grumpy contractor, and a drop dead completion date with a quarter of a million dollars in co-opted advertising already committed. A true scheduling master class . And, BTW, the new owner decided on putting in the largest residential pool in Johnson County, four months away from our deadline. Sometimes you just have to get creative with scheduling, and be committed to the goal.
The Solution
This TV5 Home of the year award winner was the careful collaboration of an extremely talented Architect, many gifted Interior Designers, and our project management. This intense effort, which benefited the Leukemia Society, had over two acres of beautiful landscaping, was fully furnished, with a quarter of a million dollars worth of donated artwork, and had the largest residential pool in Johnson Co. at that time, and was a huge success.
