The owner directed us to find a building to purchase in Johnson County, develop the design and construct the company’s first regional showroom,….. during the pandemic.

The Solution:

We had them up and running in about a year, after scouting 48 potential sites. We landed on a commercial building two blocks south of Bass Pro in Olathe. . We brought in the right Architect, multiple engineers, and very talented crews during a very trying time. The results were a beautiful showroom, for a growing company.
